Celebrity Actor Elozonam Ogbolu Calls Out Uber Nigeria Over Missing Orders!

Nollywood actor, content creator, and producer Elozonam Ogbolu has taken to social media to vent his frustration over what he describes as “horrible service” from Uber Nigeria. The ex-Big Brother Naija star did not hold back as he called out the ride-hailing and delivery service platform for its lack of accountability after two of his orders went missing in just one week!

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, Elozonam shared his ordeal, stating that Uber delivery drivers failed to deliver his orders twice, and despite reaching out to Uber Nigeria’s customer service, he has yet to receive a satisfactory response. Frustrated, he tweeted:

Hi @UberNigeria your delivery guys have made away with my items 2 times this week. All attempts to report the issue have been met with ‘we will escalate this issue’ with no feedback afterwards. And now I’m doing this. So please while I’m still civil…kindly respond to me. Thank you.

His post quickly gained traction, with fans and fellow social media users sharing their thoughts. Some sympathized with the actor, recounting similar experiences with Uber Nigeria’s services, while others criticized the company for its lack of proper customer support.
