Nollywood News: Sister Agatha Pits Blessing Obasi Against KieKie in a Church Visa Comedy

Sister Agatha stars Blessing Obasi and KieKie in a church rivalry comedy over a London crusade ticket, now streaming as a full Nollywood movie on YouTube.

A church rivalry, a London crusade and one coveted travel ticket drive Sister Agatha, a recent Nollywood comedy-drama now streaming as a full movie on YouTube. Led by Blessing Jessica Obasi-Nze and Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori, popularly known as KieKie, the film offers viewers a lively alternative to the relationship dramas frequently found across Nollywood’s YouTube channels.

A church contest with international stakes

Sister Agatha follows Head Usher Agatha and Kehlani, a Gen Z newcomer, as they compete for their struggling church’s single sponsored ticket to a crusade in London. The premise turns generational differences and church politics into the foundation for a comedy about ambition, influence and opportunity.

Obasi-Nze plays Agatha, while KieKie takes the role of Kehlani. Their characters’ contrasting positions within the congregation give the film its central conflict: an established church figure suddenly facing a younger challenger with the same international destination in mind.

Meet the Sister Agatha cast

Michael Ejoor appears as Pastor Mike, with Kenzy Udosen playing Pastor Gbearo. The supporting cast also includes Linda Ugwu as Sister Clara, Gbenga Ojo as Babakike, Rukevwe Abiyomi as Tolu and Sarah Ukachi as Mama Habeeb.

Directed by Tobe Nosike, the approximately one-hour-and-48-minute film uses both English and Nigerian Pidgin. Nollywood.com lists its worldwide YouTube release date as September 25, 2026, while the full movie is available through the official Blessing Obasi TV channel.

YouTube viewers are finding the comedy

Early third-party audience snapshots suggest that Sister Agatha is attracting significant attention. Jikoro’s latest indexed channel data places the current upload at approximately 2.3 million views and 19,000 likes. Those figures will continue to change as viewers discover the film.

The movie also appeared in Asorock’s Nigeria entertainment-video rankings for the week reported on October 1, 2026. Its visibility adds another encouraging signal for actors and producers using creator-owned YouTube channels to connect directly with local viewers and the African entertainment diaspora.

A distinctive addition to Nollywood YouTube

For followers of Nollywood News and new online releases, Sister Agatha stands out because its conflict grows from church hierarchy, generational friction and the promise of international travel. That combination gives YouTube audiences a recognisably Nigerian comedy setup built around more than romance alone.
