KieKie, Fashion Maven to Nollywood Star and why it matters…

With a striking resemblance to Hollywood's Keke Palmer, Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori, affectionately known as KieKie, made her mark in the fashion world with a self-produced and hosted fashion show in 2015. Graduating with a certificate from the London College of Fashion, a constituent of the University of Arts London, KieKie has been a prominent figure on the fashion scene ever since.
Beyond the glitz and glamour of fashion, KieKie is a digital sensation, captivating a whopping 3 million followers on Instagram with her killer content. Her creativity and influence earned her the prestigious AMVCA 2023 award for content creation and brand influencing, showcasing her impact in the digital realm.
But KieKie's story doesn't end there. In 2020, she embraced motherhood, welcoming a baby girl into her life. However, this significant life change didn't hinder her pursuit of dreams. KieKie has been spotted hosting major shows and events in Nigeria, including the notable real housewives of Lagos TV show event in September 2023.
Venturing into Nollywood, KieKie has left her mark with cameo appearances and starring roles in several films, including "Flatline" (2019), "Okoto Series" (2021), and "Mimi" (2021). When she graces the screen, it becomes evident that KieKie is not just a digital diva but a formidable presence in the Nollywood scene.
Despite being relatively new to Nollywood, KieKie's journey serves as a reminder of the beauty in using one's God-given gifts to inspire and connect with people worldwide. Her versatility—from fashion to digital content creation and acting—makes her a voice to be reckoned with, leaving an indelible mark on the entertainment industry.
