Empowering Women, Inspiring Excellence: Highlights from the 2024 ELOY Awards

Since 2009, Exquisite Magazine, through the ELOY Awards Foundation, has been at the forefront of celebrating and empowering Nigerian women. With a mission to recognize achievements and amplify women’s roles in society, the ELOY Awards and Conference have become a beacon of inspiration for women across diverse fields.

The Foundation prioritizes "sustainable empowerment", offering access to grants, affordable finance, entrepreneurial training, mentoring, and networking opportunities. With a focus on industries like agriculture, digital skills, soft skills acquisition, and the creative sector, the initiative supports women in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Over the years, the ELOYs have honored 225 outstanding women and supported 40 female entrepreneurs through training and mentorship. These efforts have not only elevated individual careers but also enhanced the economic visibility of women, proving that when women thrive, communities flourish.

The recently concluded "2024 ELOY Awards and Conference", held at the Oriental Hotel in Lagos, celebrated this year's trailblazers. Actress and producer Bimbo Ademoye was recognized with the "Creative Arts and Entertainment Award," cementing her place as a role model in the industry.
