Houston, home to the largest Nigerian diaspora in the U.S., plays a pivotal role in Nigeria's economic stability, contributing significantly to the country's $20.5 billion annual remittance inflow. The forum, organized in collaboration with the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System (NIBSS), major banks, and International Money Transfer Operators (IMTOs), will spotlight the untapped potential in remittance channels.

CBN Governor Olayemi Cardoso emphasized the importance of strategic partnerships to harness the contributions of Nigerians abroad.
